All team members complete short online surveys and results are sent to the team leader along with written analyses and recommendations. Includes individual Profiles, a TEAMATCH profile and Team/ Team Leader Effectiveness results.
2)THE GOLD PACKAGE includes: all the (DIY) tools; 2 hours of telecoaching for the Team Leader; team member training manuals: and a DNA MATCH between the Team Leader and each team member with customized Dos and Don'ts.
3)THE PLATINUM PACKAGE includes: all the (DIY) tools; 2 days of Team Leader/ Team Member coaching (Onsite optional) ; team member training manuals: and a DNA MATCH between the Team Leader and each team member with customized Dos and Don'ts.

- Team Leader gets updated Package Pricing, makes payment arrangements and received access codes
- Team Effectiveness Survey for all team members: includes the team's rating on 6 critical factors
- Team Leader Effectiveness Survey done by all team members and compared to the team leader's self assessment: includes the team leader's rating on 6 critical factors
- Team Leader and Team Member DNA Profiles with recommended Dos and Don'ts
